What we collect
When you book a walkthrough or request a download, we collect the details you enter: your name, role, school, area, phone number, email if you give it, the grades you are interested in, and any notes you add. We also record which page or button you came from.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to contact you about the Genesis Program, arrange a walkthrough, send the documents you asked for, and prepare a proposal for your school. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by the Genesis team members who handle school partnerships. Form submissions pass through a form-delivery service that sends them to our company email. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with your school and for up to two years afterwards, then delete them. Details of partner schools are kept for the length of the partnership.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location, and anonymised recordings of clicks and scrolling. Form fields are hidden from these recordings. These tools set cookies. You can decline analytics cookies in the cookie notice, or block them in your browser settings.
Photos
Photos on this site are used with the written consent of the schools involved. We never name a child.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@genesiseducation.solutions or WhatsApp 0307-2162553, and we will respond within five working days.
