Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Genesis Academy of Excellence (Pvt. Ltd.) — including Genesis Education Solutions and Academy of Excellence — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Offered
Genesis Learning offers two categories of services: Genesis Education Solutions (B2B school partnerships including curriculum integration, teacher training, and in-school student programs) and Academy of Excellence (B2C student programs including Project Labs, Thinking Workshops, and Holiday Programs). All services are subject to availability and specific program terms.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate registration information, use services for lawful purposes only, not reproduce or distribute Genesis Learning content without written permission, and ensure that enrolled students attend sessions responsibly. Genesis Learning reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or institution.
Enrollment & Payments
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Pricing is communicated at the time of enrollment and may vary by program, cohort size, and duration. All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Invoices are issued within 3 working days of confirmation.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 or more days before a program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future program. Genesis Learning reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrolment, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, curriculum frameworks, worksheets, and branding used by Genesis Learning are the intellectual property of Genesis Learning. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. Photos and videos taken during sessions may be used for marketing purposes unless written objection is received.
Privacy Policy
Genesis Learning collects only necessary personal information (name, email, phone, school name) for the purpose of program delivery and communication. Limitation of Liability
Genesis Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program in question. We are not responsible for outcomes related to academic performance or school assessments.
